Our premium Copper Bar, a versatile non-ferrous metal processing bar, boasts unparalleled processing properties and exceptional electrical conductivity. It is available in two primary variants: the cost-effective Brass Rod (copper-zinc alloy) and the high-copper-content Purple Copper Rod. The Brass Rod, with its distinctive yellow hue due to the copper and zinc mixture, has a copper content ranging from 56% to 68% and a melting point between 934 and 967 degrees. Known for its superior mechanical properties and excellent wear resistance, Brass is perfect for manufacturing precision instruments, ship components, gun shells, and more. The color of Brass varies with zinc content, from red-yellow (18%-20% zinc) to brownish-yellow (20%-30% zinc). Additionally, Brass produces a unique sound when struck, making it a preferred choice for traditional Eastern gongs, cymbals, bells, horns, and Western brass instruments.
