Product Description

Stainless steel square pipes can be classified into two main categories: seamless steel pipes and welded (or welded) steel pipes. Based on their sectional shape, they are further divided into square and rectangular pipes. While round steel pipes are the most common, there are also specialized shapes like semicircular, hexagonal, equilateral triangle, and octagonal pipes, catering to a variety of needs.
To ensure the stainless steel square pipes can withstand fluid pressure, they must undergo rigorous hydraulic testing. This procedure verifies their pressure resistance and overall quality. A pipe is deemed qualified if there is no leakage, wetting, or expansion under specified pressures. Additional tests, such as crimping, flaring, and flattening, may be conducted according to specific industry standards or customer requirements.
Square tube specifications range from 5*5mm to 150*150mm, with thicknesses varying between 0.4mm and 6.0mm.
