Technical Specifications for Titanium Alloy Rod
1: The chemical composition of our titanium and titanium alloy bars strictly adheres to the standards set by GB/T 3620.1. In instances where buyers conduct a reinspection, the allowable deviation of chemical composition will align with GB/T 3620.2.
2: The diameter or side length of our hot-worked bars, including their allowable deviation, meets the rigorous standards detailed in Table 1.
3: Post hot-processing, the rods undergo meticulous polishing via turning (grinding) and cold rolling. The diameter allowable deviation for cold-drawn bars is in full compliance with the specifications outlined in Table 2.
4: Ensuring precision, the non-roundness of our polished bars after hot working is maintained at no more than half of their dimensional tolerance.
5: The lengths of our processed bars are versatile: indefinite lengths range from 300-6000mm, while annealed bars range from 300-2000mm. Fixed or double sizes fall within these unspecified lengths, with a length deviation allowance of +20mm. Double-scale lengths account for the cut amount, each being 5mm, and should be explicitly stated in the contract.
