Technical Requirements for Titanium Alloy Rod
1: The chemical composition of our titanium and titanium alloy bars adheres strictly to the GB/T 3620.1 standards. Any allowable deviations in chemical composition upon buyer's reinspection will comply with GB/T 3620.2 provisions.
2: The diameter or side length of hot working bars and their allowable deviations are precisely regulated as per Table 1.
3: Post-hot processing, each rod undergoes meticulous polishing through turning (grinding) and cold rolling, with the diameter allowable deviation of the cold-drawn bar meeting the specifications laid out in Table 2.
4: The non-roundness of the polished bar after hot working must not exceed half of its dimensional tolerance, ensuring superior precision and quality.
5: The indefinite lengths for processed bars range from 300-6000mm, annealed bars from 300-2000mm, and fixed or double sizes should fall within these indefinite lengths. Length deviations are permitted up to +20mm. The double scale length must include a 5mm cutting allowance. Specific fixed or double scale lengths must be clearly stated in the contract.
