Technical Requirements for Titanium Alloy Rod
1: The chemical composition of our titanium and titanium alloy bars strictly adheres to the standards set forth in GB/T 3620.1. Upon reinspection by the buyer, the allowable deviation of the chemical composition will comply with GB/T 3620.2.
2: The diameter or side length of the hot-worked bars, along with their allowable deviation, shall conform to the specifications outlined in Table 1.
3: Post hot-processing, the rods undergo meticulous polishing through turning (grinding) and cold rolling. The diameter allowable deviation of the cold-drawn bars must meet the standards specified in Table 2.
4: The non-roundness of the polished bars post hot-working should not exceed half of their dimensional tolerance.
5: The lengths of processed bars range from 300-6000mm, while annealed bars range from 300-2000mm. Fixed or double sizes should fall within these ranges. The allowable length deviation is +20mm. Double sizes must include a cut amount of 5mm each. Contract documentation should specify fixed or double sizes.
