Technical Requirements
1: The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars adheres strictly to the GB/T 3620.1 standard, ensuring high quality. The allowable deviation in chemical composition, when re-inspected by the buyer, complies with GB/T 3620.2, guaranteeing consistency and reliability.
2: The diameter or side length of the hot working bar, along with its permissible deviation, is meticulously regulated as per the specifications outlined in Table 1.
3: Post hot processing, the rod undergoes precise polishing through turning (grinding) and cold rolling. The allowable diameter deviation of the cold-drawn bar must conform to the stringent standards detailed in Table 2.
4: The non-roundness of the polished bar post hot working is carefully controlled, ensuring it does not exceed half of its dimensional tolerance, thus maintaining high precision.
5: The processed bar's length ranges from 300-6000mm, with the annealed bar spanning 300-2000mm. For fixed or double size orders, the length should fall within these ranges, and any length deviations are strictly kept to +20mm. The double size length includes an additional cut amount of 5mm per bar. All specific length requirements must be clearly detailed in the contract.
