Product Description
Our premium Copper Bar is an exceptionally versatile, non-ferrous metal processing bar that excels in both processing properties and electrical conductivity. Available in two distinct variants, we offer the economical Brass Rod, which is a copper-zinc alloy, and the high-copper-content Purple Copper Rod. The Brass Rod, characterized by its striking yellow hue due to its copper and zinc blend, has copper content ranging from 56% to 68% and a melting point between 934 to 967 degrees. Known for its extraordinary mechanical properties and resistance to wear, Brass is perfect for manufacturing precision instruments, ship components, gun shells, and more. Depending on its zinc content, Brass can vary in color from red-yellow (18%-20% zinc) to brownish-yellow (20%-30% zinc). Furthermore, Brass produces a unique sound when struck, making it an ideal material for traditional Eastern gongs, cymbals, bells, horns, as well as Western brass instruments.
