Available in two primary variants: the cost-effective Brass Rod (copper-zinc alloy) and the high-copper-content Purple Copper Rod. The Brass Rod exhibits a distinctive yellow hue, reflecting its copper content of 56% to 68%, and has a melting point between 934 and 967 degrees. Celebrated for its excellent mechanical properties and remarkable wear resistance, Brass is indispensable for crafting precision instruments, marine components, ammunition casings, and beyond. Depending on zinc content, Brass color ranges from red-yellow (18%-20% zinc) to brownish-yellow (20%-30% zinc). Furthermore, Brass emits a unique sound when struck, making it the preferred material for traditional Eastern gongs, cymbals, bells, horns, and Western brass instruments.
