Titanium Alloy Rod Technical Requirements
1: The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars must meet the specifications of GB/T 3620.1, while any allowable deviations in chemical composition should align with GB/T 3620.2 standards upon buyer's reinspection.
2: The diameter or side length of hot-worked bars and their permissible deviations must conform to the standards outlined in Table 1.
3: Post hot-processing, the rods undergo meticulous polishing through turning (grinding) and cold rolling. The diameter deviations of cold-drawn bars should meet the criteria specified in Table 2.
4: The non-roundness of hot-worked and polished bars should not exceed half of their dimensional tolerance.
5: The random lengths for processed bars range from 300-6000mm, annealed bars from 300-2000mm. Fixed or double lengths should fall within these ranges, with an allowable length deviation of +20mm. Double lengths must account for a 5mm cut allowance per bar. Length specifications should be clearly indicated in the contract.
