1. Annealing Processability

Ensures a deeper hardened layer post-quenching and can be effectively hardened with gentle quenching mediums.
6. Grindability
The grinding wheel endures minimal degradation, permits extensive grinding without burning, and is slightly sensitive to the grinding wheel quality and cooling conditions. It resists abrasion and grinding cracks efficiently.
7. Surface Hardness
Achieves uniform and elevated surface hardness following quenching.
8. Quenching Deformation Cracking Tendency
Displays scant volume alteration, slight shape warping, and a low tendency toward abnormal deformation during standard quenching. Furthermore, it exhibits low cracking sensitivity and is not significantly affected by the quenching temperature or the shape of the workpiece.
