Technical Requirements for Titanium Alloy Rod
1: The chemical composition of our titanium and titanium alloy bars adheres strictly to the standards of GB/T 3620.1. Any allowable deviations in chemical composition are rechecked and must comply with GB/T 3620.2, ensuring top-tier quality for our clients.
2: The diameters or side lengths of our hot-worked bars, along with their permissible deviations, are meticulously aligned with the specifications listed in Table 1, guaranteeing precision and consistency.
3: Post hot-processing, our rods undergo a refined polish through turning (grinding) and cold rolling. The allowable diameter deviations for cold-drawn bars are maintained as per the strict criteria of Table 2, assuring unmatched quality.
4: Post-hot working, the non-roundness of the polished bars is diligently controlled, ensuring it does not exceed half of the specified dimensional tolerance, thereby delivering exceptional uniformity and performance.
5: Our processed rods are available in indefinite lengths ranging from 300 to 6000mm, and annealed rods from 300 to 2000mm. The fixed or double sizes are adjustable within these ranges, with a length tolerance of +20mm. Moreover, for double sizes, each cut is considered at 5mm, and all precise length specifications will be clearly outlined in the contract.
