X8CrNi25-21 is a high nickel austenitic stainless steel with excellent corrosion and heat resistance. It can withstand repeated heating up to 980 degrees Celsius, so it is often used as a heat-resistant steel.
Physical and mechanical properties
X8CrNi25-21 has high density and melting point, as well as good thermal conductivity and linear expansion coefficient. In terms of mechanical properties, its tensile strength is 520MPa, extension strength is 205MPa, elongation is 40%, and section shrinkage is 50%.
