Titanium Coil - Titanium Strip - Titanium Foil: Our titanium products, including plates, strips, rolls, and sheets, come in thicknesses ranging from 10mm to as thin as 0.1mm. Available in both pure titanium and titanium alloy variants, our foils are meticulously measured by weight per unit area (g/m² or oz/ft²)-a higher value signifies greater thickness. We custom-cut the width to meet user specifications, ensuring efficiency and productivity. The maximum width achievable during manufacturing is approximately 600mm, but wider, thinner, and harder foils present more rolling challenges.
Titanium Coil - Titanium Strip - Titanium Foil Production Process: Our comprehensive production method includes electrode preparation → vacuum melting → forging and opening → hot rolling → cold rolling → annealing (heat treatment) → finalizing into plates, strips, and foils. This multi-step process ensures quality and precision in the final product.
Titanium Coil - Titanium Strip - Titanium Foil Rolling: Our titanium foils are predominantly manufactured using high-throughput flat roll belt rolling techniques. Utilizing either a six-roll or a 20-roll cold rolling mill, we ensure large-scale, high-output production, guaranteeing consistency and excellence in every batch.
Titanium Coil - Titanium Strip - Titanium Foil Heat Treatment: We employ two advanced heat treatment methods: vacuum annealing and continuous online protection annealing. Vacuum annealing involves processing the titanium foil in a vacuum furnace, while the more modern continuous online protection annealing technology offers superior production efficiency and significantly enhances product quality. This method ensures excellent mechanical properties and reliable performance.

Preparation method

Common heat treatment methods are annealing, solution and aging treatment. Annealing is to eliminate internal stress, improve plasticity and structure stability, in order to obtain better comprehensive properties. Generally, the annealing temperature of α alloy and (α+β) alloy is selected at 120 ~ 200ºC below the (α+β) -→ β phase transition point; Solid solution and aging treatment is fast cooling from the high temperature region to obtain martensitic α 'phase and metastable β phase, and then heat preservation in the middle temperature region to decompose these metastable phases, to obtain α phase or compounds and other small dispersed second phase particles, to achieve the purpose of strengthening the alloy. Usually (alpha + beta) alloy quenching in alpha + beta) -- - > beta phase transition point below 40 ~ 100 ºC, metastable beta alloy quenching in alpha + beta) -- - > beta phase transition point above 40 ~ 80 ºC. The aging treatment temperature is generally 450 ~ 550ºC. In addition, in order to meet the special requirements of the workpiece, the industry also uses double annealing, isothermal annealing, β heat treatment, deformation heat treatment and other metal heat treatment processes.
