Our stainless steel pipe, a marvel of engineering and design, is a versatile hollow cylindrical steel that revolutionizes multiple industries with its extensive applications, including petroleum, chemical, medical, food, light industry, and mechanical instrumentation. Celebrated for its incredible strength in both bending and torsion while maintaining a lightweight profile, it is perfectly tailored for crafting mechanical parts, engineering structures, and even elegant furniture kitchenware.
Based on composition, our stainless steel is expertly categorized into several series: Cr series (400 series) for robust features, Cr-Ni series (300 series) for superior stability, Cr-Mn-Ni (200 series) for dynamic versatility, heat-resistant chromium alloy steel (500 series) for high-temperature resilience, and the advanced precipitation hardening series (600 series) for enhanced durability.
200 series: This series represents the innovative chromium-manganese-nickel blend.
201, 202, etc.: These grades are where manganese replaces nickel, offering a cost-efficient alternative with moderate corrosion resistance. They are widely embraced as a budget-friendly substitute for the 300 series, especially in China.
300 series: This series is renowned for its chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel, offering unparalleled performance.
304: This general model, known as 18/8 stainless steel, is the industry standard for corrosion-resistant containers, refined tableware, sophisticated furniture, sturdy railings, and versatile medical equipment. Comprising 18% chromium and 8% nickel, this is a non-magnetic stainless steel whose metallographic structure remains stable despite heat treatments. The GB grade is 06Cr19Ni10.
304 L: With the same remarkable characteristics as 304, this variant features a low carbon content for enhanced corrosion resistance and ease of heat treatment, albeit with reduced mechanical properties. It is ideal for welding and applications that don't favor heat treatment.
304 N: Similar to 304 but with added nitrogen, this nitrogen-infused stainless steel achieves increased strength, making it a robust choice for demanding applications.
309: This grade offers superior temperature resistance compared to 304, withstanding temperatures up to 980°C, making it suitable for high-heat environments.
309 S: Abundant in chromium and nickel, this grade is prized for its excellent heat and oxidation resistance, perfectly suited for products like heat exchangers, boiler components, and jet engines.
310: A marvel of engineering, this grade boasts outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance, with a remarkable maximum operating temperature of 1200°C.
316: The second most widely utilized grade after 304, it excels in the food industry, watch accessories, pharmaceutical applications, and surgical equipment. The addition of molybdenum grants it a unique corrosion-resistant structure, outperforming 304 in chloride environments. Revered as "marine steel," SS316 is a staple in nuclear fuel recovery devices. The 18/10 grade stainless steel aligns with this level of excellence.
316 L: With a low carbon content, this grade offers superior corrosion resistance and ease of heat treatment for applications such as chemical processing equipment, nuclear power generators, and refrigerant storage tanks.
410: This martensitic high-strength chromium steel is known for its outstanding wear resistance, although its corrosion resistance is relatively modest.
420: As a "tool-grade" martensitic steel, this material mirrors Brinell high-chromium steel and stands as one of the oldest stainless steels. It is ideal for crafting surgical knives and can achieve an exceptionally bright finish.

Application Requirements
Automobile Industry
In the vibrant automotive sector, stainless steel is a cornerstone for crafting exhaust systems, accounting for over half of the stainless steel utilized in vehicles. Ferritic stainless steel is the predominant choice. Exhaust system components, including the muffler and converter, primarily utilize 409L and 436L stainless steel welded pipes. The automotive industry consumes about 1.5% of total stainless steel pipes, with a seamless to welded pipes usage ratio of roughly 2:1.
Petrochemical and Fertilizer Industry
The petrochemical industry showcases a substantial demand for stainless steel pipes, predominantly seamless types. These are crafted in common specifications like 304, 321, 316, 316L, 347, and 317L, with outer diameters spanning from 18mm to 610mm and wall thicknesses ranging from 6mm to 50mm. These premium pipes find extensive use in critical applications such as furnace tubes, material conveying tubes, and heat exchanger tubes, particularly for medium and low-pressure pipelines.
Water and Gas Fluid Transport
Our premium stainless steel pipes are unparalleled when it comes to fluid transport systems. They boast exceptional corrosion resistance, outperforming traditional materials such as cast iron, carbon steel, and plastic. Recognized globally, these pipes and their auxiliary equipment represent the pinnacle of water purification material technology.
Stainless steel pipes are indispensable in the water industry, serving as the perfect material for water preparation, storage, transportation, purification, regeneration, and desalination. The demand for these robust pipes is substantial, with an annual requirement of about 25,000 tons, underscoring their critical role in water systems.
Equipment Manufacturing and Maintenance
Within the equipment manufacturing sector, stainless steel pipes are highly sought after, with over 20,000 tons utilized yearly, particularly in sanitary or antibacterial grades. Fabricated from premium materials like SUS304 and 316L, these pipes meet rigorous standards of various media in the food and biopharmaceutical industries. Antibacterial stainless steel is increasingly valued for its resilience and antimicrobial capabilities, driving demand in kitchen equipment, food industry worktables, medical instruments, and household items such as towel brackets and refrigerators.
