Technical Specifications for Titanium Alloy Rods
1: The chemical composition of our titanium and titanium alloy bars adheres strictly to the GB/T 3620.1 standards. When subjected to reinspection by the buyer, the permissible deviations in chemical composition will also comply with the GB/T 3620.2 specifications.
2: The diameter or side length of our hot-working bars, along with their allowable deviations, are precisely defined in Table 1.
3: Post hot-processing, our rods undergo meticulous polishing through turning (grinding) and cold rolling. The allowable deviation for the diameter of cold-drawn bars is detailed in Table 2.
4: For polished bars post hot-working, non-roundness should not exceed half of the prescribed dimensional tolerance.
5: Our processed rods are available in lengths ranging from 300-6000mm for indefinite lengths and 300-2000mm for annealed bars. Fixed or double-sized lengths should fall within these ranges, with a length tolerance of +20mm. Double scale lengths must also account for a bar cut amount of 5mm each. Length specifications must be stated in the contract.
