These materials boast exceptional high-temperature strength, outstanding oxidation and corrosion resistance, superior fatigue performance, and fracture toughness, making them invaluable in numerous applications. Given their remarkable performance characteristics and high alloying degree, superalloys-also referred to as 'super alloys'-find extensive applications in aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical industries, and maritime sectors. Superalloys are classified into iron, nickel, cobalt, and other types based on their matrix elements. Iron-based superalloys typically withstand temperatures up to 750~780°C.
