X50CrSi8-2 steel, also known as 5Cr8Si2, is an International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standard martensitic valve steel with high thermal stability and mechanical properties, suitable for use in high temperature environments.

Heat treatment process
Heat treatment of X50CrSi8-2 includes:

· The specific heat treatment temperature range is 1748° C-1552 °C.
