Titanium Alloy Rod Technical Requirements
1: The chemical composition of titanium and its alloys must adhere to the standards set forth in GB/T 3620.1. Any allowable deviations in chemical composition will be in accordance with GB/T 3620.2 when verified by the buyer.
2: The diameter or side length of the hot-worked bar, along with its allowable deviations, should meet the specifications listed in Table 1.
3: Post hot-processing, the rod undergoes polishing through turning (grinding) and cold rolling. The allowable diameter deviation of the cold-drawn bar must comply with the specifications in Table 2.
4: The non-roundness of the polished bar, following hot working, should not exceed half of its dimensional tolerance.
5: The processed bar's indefinite length range is 300-6000mm, while the annealed bar's range is 300-2000mm. The fixed or double size length should fall within these ranges. The allowable length deviation is +20mm. For double scale values, the cut amount per bar is 5mm. Contract specifications must indicate fixed or double scale lengths.
