The brass rod, characterized by its distinctive yellow color, boasts a melting point between 934 to 967 degrees for alloys containing 56% to 68% copper. Renowned for its excellent mechanical properties and wear resistance, brass is perfect for crafting precision instruments, marine components, gun shells, and more. Variations in zinc content contribute to its diverse palette, from red-yellow (18%-20% zinc) to brownish-yellow (20%-30% zinc). Additionally, brass's unique acoustic properties make it the material of choice for an array of musical instruments, including gongs, cymbals, bells, horns, and brass instruments.
