It has the characteristics of automatic aligning, not sensitive to deviation, high bearing capacity, uniform bearing force, radial load at the same time, self-lubrication without maintenance and so on. Tin-phosphor bronze is an alloy of copper that has good electrical conductivity, is not easy to heat, ensures safety and has strong fatigue resistance. Tin-phosphor bronze jack reed hardwired electrical structure, rivet-free connection or frictionless contact, can ensure good contact, good elasticity, smooth insertion. The alloy has excellent machining properties and chip forming properties, and can quickly shorten the processing time of parts. Phosphor bronze is also commonly used as a reed material for harmonicas. |
