Stainless steel plates are a broad term encompassing both stainless and acid-resistant steel variants. Emerging at the dawn of the 20th century, these plates have been foundational in propelling modern industry and technological advancements. Stainless steel plates come in a myriad of types and properties, evolving into several distinct categories over time. Structurally, they are classified into: austenitic, martensitic (including precipitation hardening), ferritic, and austenitic-ferritic duplex stainless steel plates. Chemically, they are divided into chromium, chromium-nickel, chromium-nickel-molybdenum, low carbon, high molybdenum, and high purity stainless steel plates. Performance-wise, they are categorized into corrosion-resistant, sulfuric acid-resistant, pitting, stress corrosion-resistant, and high-strength stainless steel plates. Functionally, plates are sorted into low temperature, non-magnetic, easy-cutting, and super plastic stainless steel plates. The most prevalent classification merges structural and chemical properties, generally resulting in categories like martensitic, ferritic, austenitic, duplex, and precipitation hardening types, or simply chromium and nickel stainless steel plates. These versatile plates are typically utilized in pulp and paper machinery, heat exchangers, mechanical equipment, dyeing apparatus, film washing machines, pipelines, and coastal building facades, among other applications.

304 stainless steel is the most widely used chrome-nickel stainless steel, as a widely used steel, has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties; Stamping, bending and other hot processing good, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon (use temperature -196ºC ~ 800ºC). Corrosion resistance in the atmosphere, if it is an industrial atmosphere or heavily polluted areas, it needs to be cleaned in time to avoid corrosion. Suitable for food processing, storage and transportation. It has good processability and weldability. Plate heat exchanger, bellows, household goods (1, 2 types of tableware, cabinets, indoor pipelines, water heaters, boilers, bathtub), auto parts (windshield wipers, mufflers, molding products), medical equipment, building materials, chemicals, food industry, agriculture, ship parts, etc. Among them, the content of 304 stainless steel is strictly controlled, which can also be called food-grade 304 stainless steel
