High Temperature Alloy Pipe Manufacturing Process

Solid solution strengthened alloys and low aluminum-titanium content ingots are forged, while those containing aluminum and titanium undergo extrusion or rolling followed by hot rolling, with some necessitating further cold rolling or drawing. Large diameter ingots are forged using powerful hydraulic presses.
