Technical Requirements for Titanium Alloy Rods
1: The chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy rods must adhere to GB/T 3620.1 standards. Upon re-inspection by the buyer, the allowable deviation in chemical composition should conform to GB/T 3620.2 regulations.
2: The diameter or side length of the hot-worked rod and its permissible deviation must comply with the guidelines specified in Table 1.
3: Post hot processing, the rod undergoes precision polishing through turning (grinding) and cold rolling. The allowable diameter deviation of the cold-drawn rod should conform to the standards in Table 2.
4: The non-roundness of the polished rod post hot-processing should not exceed half of its dimensional tolerance.
5: Processed rods have an indefinite length of 300-6000mm, while annealed rods range from 300-2000mm. The fixed or double size length must fall within the indefinite length range, with a +20mm deviation allowance. Double scale length must include a 5mm cut amount per rod, as indicated in the contract.
