Brass Rods, a cost-effective choice, are crafted from copper and zinc alloys, boasting a signature yellow hue with 56% to 68% copper content. With melting points between 934 to 967 degrees, brass demonstrates outstanding mechanical properties and wear resistance, perfect for precision instruments, maritime components, and munitions. The zinc content not only influences its mechanical properties but also its color, ranging from red-yellow (18%-20% zinc) to brownish-yellow (20%-30% zinc). Additionally, brass's unique acoustic properties make it ideal for creating musical instruments like gongs, cymbals, bells, horns, and a variety of Western brass instruments, offering a harmonious blend of utility and aesthetics.
