Gh2140 High Temperature Alloy Sheet Plate for Critical Infrastructure and Construction Projects
Superalloys represent a premium class of metal materials, primarily composed of iron, nickel, and cobalt, designed to perform exceptionally under extreme conditions. Withstand temperatures exceeding 600ºC while maintaining high strength, superb oxidation and corrosion resistance, remarkable fatigue performance, and excellent fracture toughness. These single austenitic structure alloys are renowned for their stability and reliability across various temperature ranges.
Given their superior performance characteristics and high alloy content, superalloys, or 'super alloys,' are indispensable in aviation, aerospace, petroleum, chemical industries, and marine applications. Categorized by their matrix elements into iron, nickel, and cobalt-based variants, iron-based superalloys operate up to 750~780°C. For higher temperature applications, nickel-based and refractory metal-based superalloys are preferred. Nickel-based superalloys are particularly critical, extensively used in the production of aviation jet engines and industrial gas turbine hot-end components.
