High Temperature Alloy Pipe Manufacturing Process

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing process minimizes aluminum and titanium content. Employing electric arc furnaces and non-vacuum induction furnaces, we ensure high-quality smelting. For superalloys containing aluminum and titanium, we utilize vacuum smelting to control element loss and inclusion. Advanced techniques like secondary remelting via vacuum consumable furnaces and electroslag furnaces further enhance the structure and quality of our alloy ingots.
Our solid solution strengthened alloys, with low aluminum and titanium content (under 4.5%), are meticulously forged. Alloys with higher aluminum and titanium content are processed through extrusion or rolling, followed by hot rolling, and, in some cases, further cold rolling or drawing. Large diameter ingots are precisely forged using hydraulic presses or fast forging hydraulic presses.
Highly alloyed, hard-to-deform superalloys find extensive use in precision casting, such as turbine and guide blades. Innovations in directional crystallization eliminate grain boundaries and porosity, producing aligned columnar crystals. This advanced process requires a substantial axial temperature gradient and efficient heat dissipation. Recent advancements have also perfected single crystal blade manufacturing, eliminating all grain boundaries.
