Product Description
Copper bar is a premium non-ferrous metal processing bar celebrated for its outstanding processing capabilities and superior electrical conductivity. Available primarily in two distinct types: brass rod (an economical copper-zinc alloy) and purple copper rod (with higher copper content), these bars serve a myriad of applications. The brass rod, characterized by its yellow hue, contains a copper-zinc alloy and boasts a melting point of 934 to 967 degrees for brass with 56% to 68% copper. Renowned for its superior mechanical properties and wear resistance, brass is ideal for creating precision instruments, ship components, gun shells, and more. Variations in zinc content yield different hues-red-yellow for 18%-20% zinc and brownish-yellow for 20%-30%. Additionally, brass's unique sound quality makes it the preferred material for a variety of musical instruments across Eastern and Western traditions, including gongs, cymbals, bells, horns, and brass instruments.
