Product Description

Stainless steel square tubes are hollow steel strips with a square cross-section, hence the name. These tubes are extensively used for transporting fluids such as oil, natural gas, water, gas, and steam. Additionally, they possess excellent bending and torsional strength while being lightweight, making them ideal for manufacturing mechanical parts and engineering structures.
Classification of Stainless Steel Square Pipes: These pipes can be categorized into seamless and welded steel pipes. Based on their cross-sectional shape, they can be square, rectangular, round, semicircular, hexagonal, equilateral triangle, or octagonal. Round steel pipes are the most commonly used, but special shapes also have their applications.
For stainless steel square pipes that will be subjected to fluid pressure, rigorous hydraulic tests are conducted to ensure their pressure resistance and quality. These tests confirm no leakage, wetting, or expansion under specified pressure. Additionally, crimping, flaring, and flattening tests may be required according to specific standards or customer demands.
