Copper bar is a premium non-ferrous metal bar known for its superior processing attributes and exceptional electrical conductivity. Offered primarily in two types: brass rod (a cost-effective copper-zinc alloy) and purple copper rod (with higher copper content). The brass rod, distinguished by its vibrant yellow color, is a copper-zinc alloy with a melting point ranging from 934 to 967 degrees for brass containing 56% to 68% copper. Celebrated for its superb mechanical properties and wear resistance, brass is perfect for crafting precision instruments, ship parts, gun shells, and more. Variations in zinc content create different hues, such as red-yellow with 18%-20% zinc and brownish-yellow with 20%-30% zinc. Additionally, brass produces a distinctive sound when struck, making it the preferred material for various Eastern and Western musical instruments, including gongs, cymbals, bells, horns, and brass instruments.
