Presenting our stainless steel pipe, a marvel of engineering embodied in a versatile hollow cylindrical structure of steel, perfect for a myriad of industrial applications. This includes but is not limited to the petroleum, chemical, medical, food, light industry, and mechanical instrumentation sectors. Celebrated for its formidable strength in both bending and torsion while maintaining a lightweight profile, it's an exceptional choice for crafting mechanical components, engineering marvels, and even elegantly designed furniture and kitchenware.
Our stainless steel offerings are categorized by composition into series: Cr series (400 series), Cr-Ni series (300 series), Cr-Mn-Ni (200 series), heat-resistant chromium alloy steel (500 series), and the innovative precipitation hardening series (600 series).
200 series: Distinguished by its chromium-manganese-nickel composition.
201,202, etc.: Here, manganese replaces nickel, resulting in relatively lower corrosion resistance. This series is widely embraced as a cost-effective alternative to the 300 series within China, balancing performance and affordability.
300 series: The banner of chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel, revered for its resilience and versatility.
304: The quintessential model known as 18/8 stainless steel, it is omnipresent in products such as corrosion-resistant containers, elegant tableware, refined furniture, sturdy railings, and reliable medical equipment. Composed of 18% chromium and 8% nickel, this non-magnetic stainless steel defies alteration by heat treatment. Its GB grade is recognized as 06Cr19Ni10.
304 L: Mirroring the attributes of 304, this variant's reduced carbon content enhances its resistance to corrosion while simplifying heat treatment, albeit with compromised mechanical properties. It excels in applications involving welding and projects where heat treatment proves challenging.
304 N: Retaining the core characteristics of 304, this nitrogen-infused stainless steel variant leverages the added element to bolster the strength of the steel.
309: Distinguished by its superior temperature tolerance, comfortably withstanding conditions up to 980°C.
309 S: Infused with substantial chromium and nickel, this variant exhibits commendable heat and oxidation resistance, making it ideal for heat exchangers, boiler components, and jet engines.
310: Celebrated for its outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance, this variant operates efficiently up to 1200°C, making it a stalwart in extreme conditions.
316: A formidable contender following 304, it stands as the second most prevalent steel grade, predominantly serving the food industry, timepiece accessories, the pharmaceutical sector, and surgical implements. The addition of molybdenum gifts it unique corrosion resistance, particularly against chlorides, earning it the moniker 'marine steel.' SS316 is pivotal in nuclear fuel recovery applications. The 18/10 grade stainless steel usually satisfies this stringent level of application.
316 L: Renowned for its low carbon content, this variant offers heightened corrosion resistance and ease of heat treatment, finding its niche in chemical processing equipment, nuclear power generators, and refrigerant storage tanks.
410: A martensitic marvel, this high-strength chromium steel is celebrated for its excellent wear resistance, though it trades off with lesser corrosion resistance.
420: Known as 'Tool-grade' martensitic steel, akin to Brinell high-chromium steel, it is recognized as one of the earliest stainless steel types. Its applications extend to surgical knives, where it can be polished to a dazzling brightness.
