The carbide in the steel is small, uniform distribution, good cold and heat fatigue resistance and corrosion resistance, good cold and heat processing performance, good hardenability, and has thicker thermal strength, oxidation resistance, high toughness and wear resistance at medium temperature.

Application

Suitable for high speed hammer forging die. Aluminum, magnesium alloy hot forging die, hardness choose 42-50HRC. Black metal forging die, hardness choose 40-50HRC. It is suitable for hot work die steel with large cracking risk, and the die life of the die steel can be 1.5-3 times that of 5CrNiMo steel.
