1.melt 6082 aluminum alloy is characterized by the inclusion of Mn, Mn is a refractory metal, melting temperature should be controlled at 740-760ºC. Before sampling, it should be stirred more than twice to ensure that the metal is completely melted, the temperature is accurate, and the composition is uniform. After stirring, sampling analysis from the middle of the depth of the liquid aluminum and the left and right sides of the furnace, the converter can be divided into qualified folding. 2.Clean casting After the melt is transferred to the static furnace, the powder is sprayed and jet refined with nitrogen and refining agent, the refining temperature is 735-745ºC, and the time is 15 min. After refining, let the melt sit for 30 minutes. Through this process, the melt is degassed, slag removed and purified. There are two filters between the mold and the grate. The furnace has a foam ceramic filter plate (30PPI) for filtration. Before casting, filter with 14-mesh glass fiber filament cloth to fully filter the oxides and slag in the melt. The casting temperature of 6082 alloy aluminum plate is high (compared with the normal process of 6063 aluminum plate), the pouring speed is low, and the water flow is large. The above process should be strictly controlled and cannot exceed the scope, otherwise it will easily lead to casting failure |
