Application
M35 high-speed steel is widely used in many fields, including but not limited to cutting tools, cold working mold, hot working mold, plastic mold, mechanical parts and aerospace fields. To be specific:
Cutting tools: M35 high speed steel because of its high hardness and wear resistance, is widely used in the manufacture of various cutting tools, such as drill, milling cutter, tap, gear tool and so on.
Cold working die: M35 high-speed steel is suitable for the manufacture of cold working die, such as stamping die, drawing die, shear die, its wear resistance and toughness ensure the long-term stable use of the die.
Hot work mold: M35 high speed steel thermal stability makes it suitable for the manufacture of hot work mold, such as forging mold, die casting mold and so on.
Plastic molds: M35 high speed steel's wear resistance and toughness make it an ideal material for manufacturing long-life plastic molds.
Mechanical parts: M35 high speed steel can also be used to manufacture some need high hardness and wear resistance of mechanical parts, such as gears, bearings and so on.
Aerospace: Because of its excellent properties, M35 high-speed steel also has applications in the aerospace field, , such as the manufacture of engine parts and aircraft structural parts.
In addition, M35 HSS is supplied in a variety of states to meet different processing requirements, including annealed state, cold drawn state and cold post-drawn annealing state, hardness of 269HBS, 285HBS and 277HBS, these different hardness states provide flexibility for M35 in different processing stages.
