Technical Requirements for Titanium Alloy Rods
1: The chemical composition of our titanium and titanium alloy bars adheres strictly to the GB/T 3620.1 standards. Any permissible deviations in chemical composition will align with the GB/T 3620.2 standards upon reinspection by the buyer.
2: The diameter or side length of our hot-worked bars, along with their allowable deviations, are meticulously defined in Table 1 to ensure precise quality control.
3: Post hot-processing, our rods undergo a meticulous polishing process involving turning (grinding) and cold rolling. The diameter deviations for cold-drawn bars are strictly managed as per the provisions of Table 2.
4: The non-roundness of our polished bars after hot working remains impressively minimal, not exceeding half of their dimensional tolerance, ensuring the highest standards of uniformity and precision.
5: Our bars come in indefinite lengths ranging from 300-6000mm for processed bars and 300-2000mm for annealed bars. Fixed or double sizes fall within these ranges, with an allowable length deviation of +20mm. For double size lengths, a cut amount of 5mm per segment is considered. Specific length requirements should be clearly stated in the contract for precise customization.
