Our premium Copper Bar stands as a versatile non-ferrous metal processing masterpiece, renowned for its exceptional processing properties and superior electrical conductivity. We offer two primary variants: the cost-effective Brass Rod (copper-zinc alloy) and the high-copper-content Purple Copper Rod. The Brass Rod, distinguished by its striking yellow hue, comprises 56% to 68% copper, with a melting point between 934 to 967 degrees Celsius. Celebrated for its outstanding mechanical properties and wear resistance, Brass is ideal for precision instruments, ship components, gun shells, and more. The zinc content in Brass influences its color, ranging from red-yellow (18%-20% zinc) to brownish-yellow (20%-30% zinc). Additionally, its distinctive sound when struck makes Brass the preferred material for traditional Eastern gongs, cymbals, bells, horns, and Western brass instruments.
