NiFe 25 Cr20 NbTi is a Ni-Cr matrix, adding aluminum and titanium to form a R-phase dispersion-strengthened superalloy, which is similar to GH4033 except for a slightly higher aluminum content, and has good creep and oxidation resistance at a temperature of 700 ~ 800ºC and 650 ~ 850ºC. The alloy has good cold and hot processing performance, and mainly supplies hot rolled bar, cold drawn bar, hot rolled sheet, cold rolled sheet, strip and ring parts.
It is used to manufacture engine rotor blade, guide blade support, bolt, blade lock plate and other parts.
