Technical Requirements for Titanium Alloy Rods
1: The chemical composition of our titanium and titanium alloy bars is meticulously regulated according to GB/T 3620.1 standards. Any allowable deviations during reinspection by the buyer will adhere strictly to GB/T 3620.2.
2: The diameter or side length of our hot working bars, along with their permissible deviations, are detailed comprehensively in Table 1.
3: Post hot-processing, the rods undergo precise polishing through turning (grinding) and cold rolling. The diameter deviations of cold-drawn bars are in full accordance with Table 2.
4: The non-roundness of polished bars post hot working is meticulously controlled to not exceed half of their dimensional tolerance.
5: The variable lengths of our processed bars range from 300-6000mm, with annealed bars varying between 300-2000mm. Fixed or double lengths fall within these ranges, with a permissible length deviation of +20mm. Double lengths will include a cutting allowance of 5mm each, specified in the contract.
