Introducing our premium stainless steel pipe, a marvel of engineering that embodies versatility and resilience. This hollow cylindrical steel stands as a pillar in numerous sectors, including petroleum, chemical processing, healthcare, food production, light industry, and mechanical instrumentation. Celebrated for its remarkable strength in both bending and torsion while maintaining a lightweight profile, it is the material of choice for crafting resilient mechanical parts, robust engineering structures, and aesthetically pleasing furniture kitchenware.
In the world of stainless steel, composition is key! Our products are expertly categorized into various series: Cr series (400 series), Cr-Ni series (300 series), Cr-Mn-Ni series (200 series), heat-resistant chromium alloy steel (500 series), and the cutting-edge precipitation hardening series (600 series), each tailored to meet the diverse needs of modern industry.
200 series: A sophisticated blend of chromium, manganese, and nickel.
201, 202, etc.: In this series, manganese takes the place of nickel, resulting in relatively lower corrosion resistance but offering a cost-effective alternative to the 300 series, especially popular in China.
300 series: Renowned chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steel, known for its exceptional performance.
304: The quintessential model, known as 18/8 stainless steel, serves a multitude of applications such as corrosion-resistant containers, tableware, furniture, railings, and medical equipment. It features a standard composition of 18% chromium and 8% nickel. This non-magnetic stainless steel retains its metallographic structure despite heat treatment. The GB grade is 06Cr19Ni10, marking its excellence.
304 L: Sharing the core attributes of 304, this variant offers enhanced corrosion resistance due to its lower carbon content, making it ideal for welding applications and products that do not require heat treatment, despite having less robust mechanical properties.
304 N: A nitrogen-infused version of 304, designed to bolster the steel's strength while maintaining its fundamental characteristics.
309: This variant surpasses 304 in temperature resistance, enduring up to a remarkable 980°C.
309 S: Fortified with substantial chromium and nickel, this stainless steel excels in heat and oxidation resistance, making it perfect for applications in heat exchangers, boiler components, and jet engines.
310: Known for outstanding high-temperature oxidation resistance, this variant performs exceptionally well with a maximum operating temperature reaching an impressive 1200°C.
316: A stellar performer following 304 in popularity, this grade is predominantly utilized in the food industry, watch accessories, pharmaceuticals, and surgical instruments. Enhanced with molybdenum, it offers superior corrosion resistance, especially against chlorides, earning its title as 'marine steel'. SS316 finds its purpose in nuclear fuel recovery systems, with the 18/10 grade meeting these high standards.
316 L: Featuring low carbon content, this variant enhances corrosion resistance and simplifies heat treatment. It is ideal for crafting chemical processing equipment, nuclear power generators, and refrigerant storage tanks.
410: A martensitic variant known for its high-strength chromium composition, this steel offers superb wear resistance, though its corrosion resistance is comparatively lower.
420: Dubbed 'Tool-grade' martensitic steel, it bears similarity to Brinell's high-chromium steel and stands as one of the earliest forms of stainless steel. It is famed for its application in surgical knives, polished to a brilliant shine.

Application Requirements
Automobile Industry
In the automotive realm, stainless steel reigns supreme in exhaust systems, representing over half of the stainless steel used in vehicles, with ferritic stainless steel being the predominant variant. Key components such as the muffler and converter heavily rely on types 409L and 436L stainless steel welded pipes. This industry accounts for about 1.5% of the total stainless steel pipe consumption, with a usage ratio favoring seamless to welded pipes at nearly 2:1.
Petrochemical and Fertilizer Industry
The petrochemical sector commands a substantial need for stainless steel pipes, particularly seamless types. Principal specifications include 304, 321, 316, 316L, 347, and 317L. These pipes, with outer diameters from 18mm to 610mm and wall thicknesses from 6mm to 50mm, are integral in applications involving furnace tubes, material conveying tubes, and heat exchanger tubes, especially for medium and low-pressure pipelines.
Water and Gas Fluid Transport
Our stainless steel pipes are the epitome of excellence in fluid transport systems. They possess unrivaled corrosion resistance that outshines alternatives like cast iron, carbon steel, and plastic. As a leading choice in the global market, these pipes, alongside their innovative equipment, are among the most advanced materials for water purification available today.
Stainless steel pipes are the quintessential choice for the water industry, playing a pivotal role in processes such as water preparation, storage, transportation, purification, regeneration, and desalination. Reflecting their critical importance, the industry demands an impressive 25,000 tons of these pipes annually.
Equipment Manufacturing and Maintenance
In the realm of equipment manufacturing, our high-quality stainless steel pipes are utilized extensively, with an annual consumption exceeding 20,000 tons. Especially in sanitary or antibacterial grades, these pipes, crafted from SUS304 and 316L, meet the stringent standards of the food and biopharmaceutical industries. The remarkable durability and antimicrobial properties of our antibacterial stainless steel drive its popularity across various applications, including kitchen equipment, food industry worktables, medical instruments, and household items like towel brackets and refrigerators.
