Product Description

Stainless steel square pipes are classified into two main categories: seamless steel pipes and welded steel pipes (welded pipes). Based on their cross-sectional shapes, these pipes can be further divided into square, rectangular, and the more commonly used round steel pipes. Additionally, there are special-shaped steel pipes available, including semicircular, hexagonal, equilateral triangle, and octagonal forms, catering to diverse industrial needs.
To ensure the reliability of stainless steel square pipes under fluid pressure, rigorous hydraulic tests are conducted. These tests assess the pipe's pressure resistance and overall quality. A pipe is deemed qualified if it shows no signs of leakage, wetting, or expansion under specified pressures. Moreover, specific pipes may be subjected to additional tests such as crimping, flaring, and flattening, as per the standards or customer requirements.
