Product Description
The copper bar, a premium non-ferrous metal processing material, boasts excellent processing qualities and superior electrical conductivity. This versatile product is available as a brass rod (affordable copper-zinc alloy) and a purple copper rod (high copper content). The brass rod, characterized by its yellow hue, is crafted from a copper-zinc alloy containing 56% to 68% copper, with a melting point between 934 and 967 degrees Celsius. Renowned for its remarkable mechanical properties and wear resistance, brass is ideal for precision instruments, ship components, ammunition cases, and more. The brass's color varies with its zinc content-18%-20% zinc yields a reddish-yellow, while 20%-30% zinc results in a brownish-yellow shade. Additionally, brass produces a distinctive sound when struck, making it the material of choice for traditional Eastern gongs, cymbals, bells, horns, and Western brass instruments.
