Product Description
Our premium Copper Bar, a versatile non-ferrous metal processing bar, boasts excellent processing properties and superior electrical conductivity. It primarily comes in two variants: the economical Brass Rod (copper-zinc alloy) and the high-copper-content Purple Copper Rod. The Brass Rod, a striking yellow due to its copper and zinc composition, features copper content between 56% to 68%, with a melting point ranging from 934 to 967 degrees. Renowned for its outstanding mechanical properties and wear resistance, Brass is ideal for crafting precision instruments, ship components, gun shells, and more. Depending on the zinc content, the color of Brass can vary from red-yellow (18%-20% zinc) to brownish-yellow (20%-30% zinc). Moreover, Brass produces a distinctive sound when struck, making it the material of choice for traditional Eastern gongs, cymbals, bells, horns, as well as Western brass instruments.
