Our High-Quality Austenitic Stainless Steel Tube, crafted by Shanghai Bolaisheng Metal Group Co., Ltd., is a versatile hollow cylindrical marvel, integral to diverse industries. From the bustling sectors of petroleum and chemical processing to the vital realms of medical, food, and light industries, as well as mechanical instrumentation, its application is vast and varied. Celebrated for its exceptional strength in both bending and torsion, yet retaining a lightweight nature, it stands as the perfect choice for constructing mechanical parts, engineering structures, and even elegant furniture kitchenware.
Based on composition, our stainless steel offerings are classified into distinct series, each designed to meet specific industrial needs: the Cr series (400 series), the Cr-Ni series (300 series), the Cr-Mn-Ni series (200 series), the heat-resistant chromium alloy steel (500 series), and the innovative precipitation hardening series (600 series).
200 series: This chromium-manganese-nickel alloy is an economical yet capable option within our stainless steel family.
201,202, etc.: In these grades, manganese expertly substitutes nickel, resulting in relatively lower corrosion resistance. However, they are widely embraced in China as cost-effective alternatives to the more premium 300 series.
300 series: A realm of chromium-nickel austenitic stainless steels, known for their exceptional properties and versatility across varied applications.
304: A classic model often referred to as 18/8 stainless steel, it is indispensable for crafting corrosion-resistant containers, tableware, furniture, railings, and medical equipment. Its standard composition boasts an impressive 18% chromium and 8% nickel, making it a non-magnetic stainless steel, with its metallographic structure remaining unchanged by heat treatment. The GB designation is 06Cr19Ni10.
304 L: This variant retains all the remarkable characteristics of 304, but with a lower carbon content, enhancing its corrosion resistance and ease of heat treatment, though with slightly diminished mechanical properties. It excels in welding and in products not easily subjected to heat treatment.
304 N: Building upon the esteemed 304, this nitrogen-enriched stainless steel sees its strength augmented by the presence of nitrogen.
309: Exhibiting superior temperature resistance compared to 304, this grade is resilient up to 980°C, ideal for high-temperature environments.
309 S: With an abundance of chromium and nickel, this grade offers outstanding heat and oxidation resistance, perfect for products like heat exchangers, boiler components, and jet engines.
310: Masterful in high-temperature oxidation resistance, this grade maintains its integrity at soaring temperatures up to 1200°C.
316: Following 304, this second-most commonly used grade is tailored for the food, watch accessories, pharmaceutical, and surgical equipment sectors. The addition of molybdenum affords it a unique corrosion-resistant structure, outperforming 304 in chloride environments, earning it the moniker 'marine steel.' SS316 frequently finds application in nuclear fuel recovery setups, meeting the demands of 18/10 grade stainless steel.
316 L: This low carbon variant enhances corrosion resistance, making it easily heat-treatable, and is ideal for chemical processing equipment, nuclear power generators, and refrigerant storage tanks.
410: A martensitic chromium steel known for its high strength and wear resistance, though with limited corrosion resistance.
420: Often dubbed 'Tool-grade' martensitic steel, it closely resembles Brinell high-chromium steel and holds the honor of being the first stainless steel. Its applications span from surgical knives to highly polished tools.

Application Requirements
Automobile Industry
In the automotive industry, stainless steel is prominently featured in exhaust systems, comprising over half of the stainless steel utilized in vehicles, with ferritic stainless steel as the predominant choice. The exhaust system's key components, like mufflers and converters, are primarily fabricated from types 409L and 436L stainless steel welded pipes. The automotive sector accounts for about 1.5% of the total stainless steel pipe consumption, with the usage ratio of seamless to welded pipes standing at approximately 2:1.
Petrochemical and Fertilizer Industry
The petrochemical industry showcases a substantial demand for stainless steel pipes, particularly seamless types. Popular specifications encompass 304, 321, 316, 316L, 347, and 317L, boasting outer diameters from 18mm to 610mm and wall thicknesses from 6mm to 50mm. These pipes play a pivotal role in applications such as furnace tubes, material conveying tubes, and heat exchanger tubes, with a focus on medium and low-pressure pipelines.
Water and Gas Fluid Transport
Stainless steel pipes are the gold standard in fluid transport systems, offering unparalleled corrosion resistance when compared to cast iron, carbon steel, and plastic alternatives. These pipes, and the accompanying high-tech equipment, set the benchmark as the world's most advanced water purification materials.
Stainless steel pipes hold a pivotal role within the water industry, proving indispensable in water preparation, storage, transportation, purification, regeneration, and desalination processes. With an impressive annual demand of around 25,000 tons, these pipes are indeed the backbone of the industry's infrastructure.
Equipment Manufacturing and Maintenance
In the realm of equipment manufacturing, stainless steel pipes are essential, with over 20,000 tons utilized annually, especially in sanitary or antibacterial applications. Made predominantly from SUS304 and 316L, these pipes satisfy the stringent demands of media in food and biopharmaceutical sectors. The antibacterial variant is celebrated for its robust durability and germ-fighting capabilities, seeing growing usage in kitchen equipment, food industry worktables, medical tools, and household accessories like towel brackets and refrigerators.
