They have high mechanical properties, excellent stamping performance, and can be used for various In various forms of welding, the strength of the welded joint can reach 90% of the strength of the base metal, and the cutting performance is good. Titanium Alloy Rod Technical Requirements
1: The chemical composition of our titanium and titanium alloy bars strictly adheres to the high standards set by GB/T 3620.1. When reinspection is required by the buyer, the permissible deviations in the chemical composition comply with GB/T 3620.2.
2: The diameter or side length of the hot working bar, along with its allowable deviation, are meticulously regulated to meet the specifications detailed in Table 1.
3: Post hot-processing, each rod undergoes precise polishing through turning (grinding) and cold rolling. The allowable diameter deviation of the cold-drawn bar is in strict accordance with the specifications outlined in Table 2.
4: To ensure optimal performance, the non-roundness of the post-hot-worked polished bar must not exceed half of its dimensional tolerance.
5: Our processed bars are available in indefinite lengths ranging from 300-6000mm and annealed bars from 300-2000mm. Fixed or double sizes should fall within these ranges, with a length deviation tolerance of +20mm. The length of the double scale includes a 5mm cut amount per bar, and specific lengths must be stipulated in the contract.
